i had a hunch… unfortunately this is not a full public commitment for CS2, but photoshop is still the killer app for windows vs mac performance tests. It’s in everybody’s best interest to have a mactel build of the Creative Suite as soon as possible.

“Adobe said they are currently testing performance and compatibility of its Creative Suite applications running in Apple’s PowerPC translation layer, Rosetta. More information will be available when testing is complete, the company said.”

I think CS runs in Rosetta… it just wont run as nicely as you’d want off the bat… which is an ass… I still want one though :)

So does this mean that all those “lucky” souls who are getting their hands on spanking new MacBooks won’t be able to run Creative Suite? And what does this mean for the old Macromedia range of products? Will Flash work? Director?
