It seems that if you have more than 1 swf on the page, and at least one of them is using ExternalInterface, you'll get the error when the page unloads (or you travel to a new page) - and it only happens in IE. But sometimes OS do not understand what kind of files format should that player to use. Try to show him the full path to the flash object. That may help.
