Hi everyone, i've managed to setup swfobject and lightbox to run smooth using internet explorer on firefox on a pc, but ive recently discovered that firefox wont display correctly the swf file (wont display it at all) when running on a mac os x version 10.4 .

Here's a link to the page im working on: http://rise.hopto.org/marcelavicuna/

I would really appreciate any sugestions on how to fix this issue, thanks!

it looks pretty odd to me, the flash movie shows up for a second, then gets blanked out.

but it's definitely there. maybe try taking out the lightbox stuff and see if it fixes it? then add things back in one by one?

when i remove, the initLightbox() function, the problem fixes (and lightbox wont work also), the weird thing is i've tested FF 1.5 and 2.0 on mac osx 10.3 and other platforms and it worked fine. Just happens with FF any version and mac osx 10.4 . Ive tried to hide the div containing the swf with the z-index css code and had no luck either :(

i've heard of other reports of swfobject conflicting with lightbox..

maybe try running the init function onload or putting a slight delay on it?

I cannot get the swf to display on Mac OS X 10.4 Firefox 2.0.0.2 or Safari. It displays on IE, but not the ones listed. I updated my Flash player, but still nothing.
