Inconsistencies on different computers

    Greetings, I am having a real challenge getting this to work in all browsers.

    I have a page set up at http://christianready.com/cap/prototype/home.html

    Most of the people who are using it can see it just fine but I have one person on MSIE 7, Flash 9 who doesn't see anything. In fact, the page is starting to load, but after several minutes it just seems to quit. My tester was kind enough to show me a screenshot:

    Does anyone have any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    well i tested it on my xp IE7 install and the flash shows up ok.

    it could just be a corrupt flash player on that specific user's machine.

    have him uninstall + reinstall the plugin using the instructions on this page:

    Thanks, we'll try it. Part of the problem is that users who are using IE 6 with Flash 9 installed are reporting similar problems now. They say that the animations either take forever to load, or if they load they are "broken" in that they are only seeing pieces of it coming in but the rest never loads.

    For all I know, it could be a "bad" flash movie.
