As I use PC to develop and test my SWFObject homepage, everything is fine there.

But I found that Mac didn't load the flash, just show the alternate text and stop there instead.....

Anyone who know Mac can help me out ? The website is www.diagcor.com

can you be more specific when you say 'it doesn't work'?

there are no known issues with swfobject on osx.

it looks to me like the flash is showing up, but the way your page is coded it's making the iframe not stretch to 100% height in firefox.

you can fix this by changing the doctype or making the height of all the parent elements of the iframe 100%.

    Hi

what if the js-file you invoke is "flashobject.js"
    instead of "swfobject.js"
which is the name of the actual file you downloaded.

flashobject.js is an old version of the script, you should replace it with swfobject.js and update all your html pages to use the new file instead.

    Thanks Geoff and mary-had.

Strangely, the Mac access is okay now without changing any code.
And I will look at Geoff's recommendation regarding the HTML codes for firefox.

I guess this may be due to the internet slow down in Hong Kong, that cause our Mac user a slow Flash loading and stay on the text screen for quite a while.

Many thanks for the prompt reply and I found this Forum very helpful.

    Roger.
