Flash movie not listening to Key actions

    I've got a student project using swfobject 2.0, and I want the first interaction with the movie to be a key action.
    However, it doesn't register key actions unless the movie has been clicked on.

    Is there a swfobject way to get around this, or any javascript command for the browser that automatically throws focus on the Flash object whenever there's focus on the browser window?
