IE7 problem: Has JavaScript, Has Flash, but can't use SWFObject

    I have a user who has JavaScript turned on, has Flash installed (he can see flash on pages with <object><embed> style flash), but SWFObject reports he has version maj=0, min=0, rev=0. His user agent is
    mozilla/4.0 (compatible; msie 7.0; windows nt 5.1; ypc 3.2.0; .net clr 1.1.4322; spamblockerutility 4.8.0)

    I am wondering if ypc (Yahoo Parental Control) or spamblockerutility might be blocking it. Any ideas?

    My next step will be to take control of his PC and walk through the flash version detection code to see why his browser isn't reporting flash.
