Flash movie freezes, requires manual Play

    There are three SWF movies, which are activated/played via JavaScript. Click the icon, and some JS invokes SWFObject. The problem is pretty simple: Nearly all the time, the movie file will freeze at the very beginning. Right-click the movie, un-check Play, then re-check Play, and it continues.

    Any ideas why?

    Actually, I've temporary switched to wmv... The Flash version of the page (which I would prefer to use if I can fix this problem) is found at :

    Neither one of the links work for me - the first one doesn't load after I click on the play button and the second is 404.

    http://www.gpspolice.net/flash.php -- Flash version, sometimes works, but you need to right-click, uncheck Play, then re-check Play to watch the movies.

    I had a similar problem. Reducing the bufferTime parameter of the referenced .flv to 0.05 may work.
